Order Status: 

You may check the status of your order at any time by calling 785-843-6949 or by emailing info@pinelandscape.com.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your pick-up order at any time prior to pick up with the exception of bulk bags.  Bulk bags require cancelation at least 48 hours before pick up.  Delivery orders require cancelation of at least 48 hours before shipment.  Non-stock orders, custom or special orders must be paid for in advance.  All custom and special orders are non-cancellable.

Returns/Refunds:

Returns and refunds are subject to owner approval.  The items must be in like new condition.  Custom or special-order products may be non-returnable and typically incur restocking fees up to 35% depending on the source.  For questions on returns or refunds, call 785-843-6949.

Payment:

The following credit cards are accepted online:  Visa, Mastercard, Discover

If you have a house charge account with Pine Landscape Center, online payments can be made if you ask for us to open your account to the Online Store and you establish a password. 

Pickup:

Pine Landscape Center will send an email response when the order is ready for pickup.  When you arrive, please call 785-843-6949 and let us know you are here or come to the office.

Shipping:

Shipping charges will be applied to your order.  Please contact us prior to placing your online order for more information about shipping availability.

Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is important to Pine Landscape Center.  You may visit our website anonymously.  We collect information from you only when you register on the site, place an order, sign up, fill out a form, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in other site features.  When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information.  We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.  Credit card information is processed by a third-party processor.

We may use the information we collect to personalize your site experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested, to allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests, to quickly process your transactions, and to administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature.

The privacy policy will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.  We reserve the right to update or change our policy at any time and the policy should be reviewed periodically.  Your continued use of the service after we post any modifications to the policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the privacy policy.
